GOSHEN, Ind. (February 24, 2025) – Solution Source, a leading NetSuite Solution Provider based in Elkhart County, Ind., has been recognized as a 2025 Best Place to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. This marks the third consecutive year Solution Source has earned this distinction.
The Best Places to Work in Indiana program, now in its 20th year, is designed to evaluate participating organizations and honor those with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace.
Companies from across the state entered a two-part survey process, conducted by Workforce Research Group. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
This year, 150 companies were named to the list, across five size categories. Solution Source is recognized in the Small-Medium Companies category, which includes 40 organizations with 35 to 74 U.S. employees. Notably, two other Solution Source clients also made the list: Wag’n Tails Mobile Conversions of Granger and Surf Internet, based in Elkhart.

The complete rankings for each of the five size categories will be announced during an awards ceremony on April 30, 2025, at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. Following the event, the results will be published in the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine and will be available online here.
