The first step in any Solution Source implementation is enVision – the discovery of the client’s goals, processes, and requirements for the technology solution. The enVision process uses regular client meetings to make sure our team understands the requirements as thoroughly as possible.
Solution Source will facilitate a series of focused meetings with ownership, management and stakeholders to outline business processes, data paths, and workflows.
Solution Source will deliver one document outlining goals and objectives for the system approximately 2-3 weeks following the conclusion of the enVision discovery meetings.
The enVision document doesn’t require a commitment to any given ERP system or provider. Instead, it’s designed as a resource to help the client understand the scope of the requirements for the ERP solution and help make the best decision.
